Position Overview
Mechanics communicates directly with our Service Advisors and in accordance with dealer and factory standards to builds Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Ford of Ventura as a care-giver for their vehicle safety and reliability. This position interacts daily with Customers, other Service Technicians, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates and Managers, just to name a few.
Self-starter able to work individually or as a part of a team.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate multi-point inspection results and make the appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of Customer vehicles.
Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
Ability to be punctual and maintain an agreed upon schedule.
Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our Lube Technicians come from a variety of backgrounds and technical knowledge levels.
High School diploma or equivalent
Attention to detail
Organization and follow-up skills
Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
