Lead Installer/ Foreman for an established HVAC install company. Must have a minimum of 5 years in commercial HVAC installation. Proficient in metal layout and building code is a must. Low voltage controls and basic service technician troubleshooting skills are a plus but not needed. (Not a service company)
Must be able to travel for up to 4 nights at a time when out of town projects come up. You will be overseeing multiple light commercial projects and responsible for employee time management and job efficiency. Problem solver who is not to proud to ask questions ensuring tasks are completed correctly the first time.
You will be able to pick up a company crew truck in the mornings and meeting your team for carpooling when possible. Since you will be setting examples for the rest of your crew punctual and presentable is also a must!

$25-$33 per hr depending on knowledge of the trade.
