This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Vernon, California area and is a short-term temporary opportunity.What you get to do every single day- Provide IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Pinpoint recurring technical issues and present solutions to address the root of the problems- Help and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups Requirements - Basic networking concepts- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity- Experience with Datawindows- BusinessWorks for Windows experience required- Foundational knowledge in DacEasy(Windows)- Proficiency in Ceridian Windows- Proven knowledge of DocumentDirect for Windows (DDW)- Solid understanding of ADP Windows- User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment- Experience installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications- Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
