- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or 5 years of experience in related field
- 3years of EDI Setup, inbound and outbound documents
- Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite and or SPS
- Strong verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills
- Process and analytical driven
- Must be detailed oriented, organized, reliable and have ability to multi-task
- Efficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Work well in team atmosphere and be flexible
- Ability to communicate and collaborate across multiple departments
- Ability to effectively solve issues and quickly address concerns
- Ability to work and respond quickly under pressure
- Work efficiently while dealing with multiple priorities and deadlines
