Job Description
Our Cerner Government Services team is hiring for an exciting opportunity. We are looking for a Lead Analytics Consultant to join our team. You will be focused on working with our federal government clients. As a Lead Analytics Consultant you will be consulting with clients to develop and execute broad technical analytic strategies leveraging Cerner analytic solutions and services to address client-specific business challenges. You will be responsible for consulting with clients on complex data acquisition, data integration and analysis projects across financial, clinical, and operational venues. You will also be identifying opportunities to deliver client value through analytics, and lead road mapping for analytics-based initiatives as well as leading cross-functional project teams that develop high-impact client solutions. You will also ideate, develop and execute actionable reports and dashboards that reflect industry trends, competitive landscape and client-specific factors. In addition, you will be tasked to lead the design and build of advanced data management solutions that provide data acquisition, data quality, data transformation, master data management, and integration of data from disparate sources. If you are passionate about data and like to work on large complex projects, this could be the role for you!Qualifications Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Care or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 10 years of operational, clinical, financial or healthcare metrics work experience
- Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
- Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to
- At least 6 years of Health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience
- Experience educating clients on data mapping related to Cerner data
- Experience developing strategies to integrate data into data warehouses
- Knowledge of CCL (Cerner Command Language), SQL and DB2
- Willing to travel up to 25% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
