We are a family-owned business with a production facility in Visalia. We make handmade custom knives and although we are small our brand is known around the world. At the time we're looking for a Customer Care Manager to join our team here in Visalia.
Your responsibilities would be: providing email support/correspondence to customers, shipping of outgoing product, product photography, laser engraving, some inventory management. You'll be working in the shop and we provide all equipment.
We are open to many candidates but your qualifications should include proficiency with software/computers, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt on the fly.
