Job Description: The role of Coordinator encompasses a variety of tasks to be completed in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will have excellent people skills, a strong work ethic, and a motivation to contribute to a growing business. They will be detail-oriented and able to rapidly and effectively analyze and then communicate the correct solution for each customer needs. Record customer calls and log data to communicate with sales staff. You will be responsible for proper execution all orders into our operating systems, generating and maintaining all paperwork, emailing customers and making appointments. You will need to coordinate processes and follow standard operational procedures to achieve the effective collaboration of pick ups and deliveries. Learn when and how specific customers like to be updated with pertinent information.

Qualifications:

Experience

2 years in Trucking, Produce Industry a plus

Education

High school Diploma required

Bachelor's Degree is a plus

Requirements

Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers. Bilingual is a plus

Ability to take clear and concise messages

Ability to understand and follow both written and oral instructions

Organizational skills to effectively Monitor all pick ups and deliveries of shipments.

Multitasking abilities

An advanced level of Microsoft Office skills

Technical software experience is a plus

General knowledge of maps and highways (looking up directions and info).

Monitor weather and road conditions

Logistics management experience with refrigerated product is a plus

You must have a valid SSN and Drivers License

You must have a reliable mode of transportation

Work Hours

8-hour shift

10:00PM-7:30AM

Thursday- Monday
