Position: AutoCAD Drafting for a Landscape Architecture firm Full Time
Sierra Designs is a busy Landscape Architecture that is a 98% Referral Firm; we do not advertise and work for a diverse and steady client base.
We are a training firm; the two Principals and existing staff take the time to coach new staff members to excel in the skills needed to produce exceptional quality designs and plans.
We are a small regional firm that works nationwide. SDI produces high quality designs for a very broad in range of project types; high end residential, parks, trails, commercial, schools, and military bases for a broad range of clients; private, cities/counties, school districts, agencies and the Federal Government.
We provide a friendly working environment, we pride ourselves on providing a family friendly flexible schedule allowing staff to work around childrens school events and personal schedules.
Positions Available:
AutoCAD Drafter (2):
1+ year of full-time AutoCAD draft in Architecture, Engineering, Landscape or related fields
Basic Math skills
Attention to detail - Organized
Basic to very good experience with MS Office, Excel, Word
Additional program skills a plus, Revit, Adobe, Power Point, Sketch Up or other graphics
Opportunity for working remote
Job Duties:
AutoCAD drafting of Planting & Irrigation Plans and Construction Drawing details.
Area and materials take off for estimates
Design and Project Management based on skill level
Electronic File management and support of design staff and principals
