Minimum requirements for our positions:
NOTE: you do not need to bring these items to the job fair/interview, but if offered a position we will request these items before hire
Experience: at least one year experience in direct support to the developmentally disabled (autism, down syndrome, epilepsy, Alzheimer's, dementia, certain forms of mental illness, blindness, deafness, physical disabilities, and so on);
Similar experience may be considered, will consider volunteer experience - come in or email from this post if you want to confirm your experience would qualify
Two references - Experience must be verified with current or previous supervisors we can contact by phone
High school diploma or G.E.D.
18 years or older
Valid CA Driver's License
Reliable car that can seat at least 3 people safely
Valid registration and insurance for your car
Must be able to pass background check/fingerprinting, DMV Driver record review, reference checks, and physical and TB test
