If you are an experienced HR Manager who is looking for a home at a stable, successful company with a family-oriented culture, our client would like to meet you. This is a hands-on HR opportunity.
-Develops and administers HR policies and procedures
-Supervise 1 payroll employee and oversees and provides backup to payroll
-Recruiting and onboarding
-Benefits administration
-Workers compensation
-Employee relations
-Administers all insurance
-Safety/IIIP record keeping
REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Masters preferred
-Strong knowledge of CA employment law, payroll, safety programs, workers comp mgt, and MS Office required
-Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or agriculture a must
-Famous ERP payroll experience preferred
-Bilingual Spanish preferred
