Scrubz is a startup company that is growing slowly and steadily. Once you are allowed onto our platform, you will have access to jobs that will revolve around cleaning houses for people in your local area. You will be an independent contractor. You will be given a username and password to a provider app where jobs will be posted. As jobs are posted, you can pick and choose what jobs you want to work according to your schedule.
We want to be very clear this is not full-time, we are ideally looking for people who want to make extra money part-time. Now as the company grows in your area, more cleans will be available to you and you could do this full time. Our policy is to be fair, honest, and upfront about everything, we are expecting the same from our contractors.
Pay and job break down:
You will be paid 2-3 days after each clean and the money will be directly deposited to your bank account (You have to have a checking account). On average, you will be making $20+ an hour, further break down is below.
Job Break Down:
When you start a job in the app you will have a task check list. Each task has to be checked off before the job can be complete. The tasks are exactly what the customer is paying for and expecting. Our time estimates for each job are based on over 100+ cleans that have been already done.
Basic Clean:
1 kitchen
1 living room
2 bathrooms
All hallways
For Air BnB Clients you will wash and dry bed and pillow sheets.
For a Basic Clean your pay will be $48. The average time for a Basic Clean is 2 hours.
Deep Clean:
1 kitchen
1 living room
2 bathrooms
3 bedrooms
1 laundry room (If there is one)
All hallways
For Air BnB Clients you will wash and dry bed and pillow sheets.
For a Deep Clean your pay will be $97. The average time for a Deep Clean is 4 hours.
Deep Clean + Carpet Clean:
1 kitchen
1 living room
2 bathrooms
3 bedrooms
1 laundry room (If there is one)
Carpet Clean all carpets!
All hallways
For Air BnB Clinets you will wash and dry bed and pillow sheets.
For a Deep Clean + Carpet clean your pay will be $244. The average time for a Deep Clean + Carpet clean is 6-7 hours.
Other Information:
You will be required to buy your own cleaning supplies that is why we pay so much. A list of the supplies you need will be provided and can be purchased at Walmart. These supplies are not expensive they are regular everyday supplies. If a client wants you to use their supplies please do so. It is easier for us to pay you more and allow you to buy the supplies yourself than for us to coordinate giving you supplies. On average you will spend $2-$4 worth of supplies/chemicals on a clean.
Carpet Cleaning Information:
For a carpet clean you must rent a RugDoctor machine from Walmart the cost is $30 and the chemicals for this machine are $5 (the first time you buy chemicals it's $20, but it's good for 4 cleans). If you have a carpet cleaning machine yourself, or can rent one from somewhere else cheaper that is fine.
