We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Maintenance Tech in various skill sets to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our multi-family apartments. This role requires hands-on experience in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality service to residents. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with the property management team to maintain the property's overall functionality, safety, and appearance.
Ability to lift up to [50] pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
Comfortable working in various weather conditions (indoor and outdo or environments).
Valid Driver License.
