Salinas Law Group seeks a litigation attorney. The ideal candidate will represent clients in professional negligence matters. No recruiters please.
Responsibilities include:
Provide representation to clients and assist in the defense of clients in litigation matters.
Maintain client relationships.
Prepare pleadings, draft correspondence to clients, legal research, coordinating discovery with clients, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation.
Qualifications: 0-5 years experience. Litigation experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train.
Applicants must also have the ability to work cooperatively with others and communicate well in writing and in person.
