Air Conditioning and Heating Contractor looking for clerical help. Job to work into "Dispatch" for right person. Some duties include
- answering phones, using a phone managing multiple lines
-Scheduling service calls and routing technicians
-Must have knowledge of streets in local areas
-Must be good with logistics
- taking messages, sending or making memos
- entering information into a program or database (appointments, contact information, customer records)
- filing papers, sorting mail, mailing letters and packages
- customer service, greeting customers, referring them to the right people, making appointments
- running errands or taking orders for various requests
