Established (16+ years) Santa Maria based company is recruiting for a sales rep based in Visalia. Territory to include the Central Valley area. We are looking for an energetic and motivated sales rep with 2-5 years experience in outside business to business sales. The primary role is to generate sales revenue while identifying market opportunities. Successful candidates will be able to close own generated leads and internally supplied leads. We will provide extensive in-house and field training to increase your ability for success. A company car, phone and computer will be available.
This position will require strong initiative and ability to work independently. Daily activity reports will be required in addition to weekly meetings.
Required skills include: Strong follow-up, impactful presentations, excellent communication, efficient organization and productive prospecting.
