Responsibilities
Lead and supervise small crews on residential remodels and new builds
Coordinate daily work tasks, materials, and subcontractors
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Ensure work meets Seaward Construction’s quality and safety standards
Perform hands-on work as needed (framing, trim, demo, concrete, etc.)
Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and inspectors
Track project progress and report updates
Qualifications
5+ years of residential or light commercial construction experience
Strong carpentry and general construction skills
Ability to manage jobsite schedules and crew productivity
Basic knowledge of building codes and jobsite safety
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Leadership attitude — dependable, organized, and motivated
