Looking to Hire Contractors to perform work as per below scope for a property located in Visalia, CA
Scope Of Work :
Carpet: Replace carpet and pad in bedrooms and stairs, includes tear out and removal of existing carpet. Provide square yards of carpet needed
Tile: Remove all outdated tile flooring and replace with new tiles at bathrooms, laundry, living, kitchen, dining. Provide sf of areas and type of tile that would be used
Roof Replacement: Remove existing tile roof and Replace with new laminated roofing shingles (color-sand / sand dune). Includes main house roof, garage roof, shed roof and pool house roof. Please provide measurements for the same
Granite Countertops: Replace new granite counter tops at kitchen cabinets (granite level 1 neutral). Provide measurements of granite countertops needed, includes removal of existing countertops
Gutters: Replace gutters around the house with downspouts (seamless gutters to be used)
Windows - Replace all broken windows and single pane windows at property. Provide measurements for each window
Pool- Pool filter and equipment is not running. Address any damages to pool equipment and pool need to be up and running
Concrete Driveway -Resurface concrete patio and driveway which are cracked and need resurfaced. Please provide measurements for each areas
