Description · Reconcile daily cash, check, and credit card deposits· Post all cash receipts· Deposit checks via remote deposit· Reconcile A/R accounts· Process and review A/R statements· Assist with collections and account management· Maintain organized files· Research and resolve accounting errors and discrepancies· Provide excellent and professional customer service· Assist with other projects, as neededRequirements · Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounts receivable· Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)· Proficient in Excel· High level of attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills· Ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environmentRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
