- Troubleshoot and resolve issues through observation, questions and research.
- Manage technical support issues and log details in the ITSM System.
- Provide support to Help Desk team members with escalated technical support issues.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: End-user hardware, operating system, and software-related problems, networking issues, and cloud-based communications solutions.
- Deploy and manage computers, printers, wireless or other network connections and applications.
- Create, update and maintain detailed documentation for standard operating procedures.
- Compare, evaluate, quote and procure IT equipment.
- Provide consultation or expert advice to management.
- Formulate, affect, interpret and/or implement management policies and operating practices.
- Involved in planning long-term and short-term department objectives.
- AA or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting and managing a Windows enterprise environment.
- Experience with administering and maintaining Active Directory and Group Policy best practices.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of personnel, both written and oral.
- Excellent team and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement.
- Must maintain highest level of professionalism under pressure.

- Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy objects such as computers and peripherals.
