We are hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join the team for community-based non-profit located in Walnut Creek, CA.In this position you will work as an part time Administrative Coordinator to the Regional Office Manager and Senior Clinical Manager. The ideal candidate for this Administrative Coordinator position is computer savvy with Microsoft Office, organized, has previous administrative assistant or coordinating experience, preferably in health care, and a good communicator with a positive attitude.Monday-Friday: 3:00 - 7:00 pmLocation: Walnut CreekResponsibilities:-Provide front office coverage, answer calls, greet and sign in guests, clients, and vendors and inform staff of relevant arrivals-Assist Regional Office Manager for maintenance of facilities in office and clinic-May support alternative locations as needed-Maintain cleanliness of common office areas, including kitchen, client waiting area, and other shared areas-Update and maintain office outlook calendar and meeting room reservations-Organize, prepare and scan documents into electronic files-Inventory of office supplies, and prepare orders within budget-Provide Health and Safety drills and New Hire procedure orientation, Submit attendance logs and reports and follow protocol to audit compliance in regards to work safety standards in the office-Help with office event planning, including setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and/or catering-Maintain client records while following compliance with HIPAA, and the California Lanterman Development Disabilities Act-Special projects as assigned-Check in scheduled intake, and ensure all paperwork has been electronically sent-Daily update of clinical software tracking system for client informationWorking hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:-Sensitivity working with ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population-Knowledge of office practices and operations, business etiquette, telephone protocols and equipment-Effective oral and written communication skills-Time management and organizational skills-Friendly, upbeat, professional and positive attitude-Computer, analytical and research skills-Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills-Personable, and able to work comfortably with all levels of the organization-Ability to make independent decisions if needed-Manage multiple priorities and adaptEducation:High SchoolExperience:ExperiencedQualifications:-2 years of related work experience in administrative support/office management, or 2 years of college education in related field (or a combination equalling 2 years)-High School diploma-Must be eligible to work in the United States-Must be 18 years or olderClick to apply and express interest, email your resume to Ron.Megeath@randstadusa.com or call 925-847-9700.
