Analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position. Responsible for researching and documenting abnormalities or significant changes. Prepares and/or reviews variance reports as needed including Budget to Actual analysis. Works with Controller to prepare annual non-interest income and expense budget.RequirementsThe ideal Candidate is someone who has no ego, willing to learn and contribute with the team, and wishes to help grow the company:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or relevant field plus 5+ years of related experience.· banking or financial service accounting experience Ability to think Quantitatively and communicate their work well. Ability to co-manage a team and be cross trained.
