The Trust & Safety team is comprised of an elite group of policy gurus, critical thinkers, specialists, and admins, whose mandate is keeping our clients social media content compliant through crafting, debating, implementing, adjusting, and enforcing, content policy.

Role:

As a VACO SF Trust & Safety Associate, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and applying policies, compliance guidelines, and other standards to escalated content within asked areas (social media content and comments) - ensuring the highest degree of accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in terms of enforcement and other related workflows.

In addition, you will be responsible for carrying out other key policy operations functions, from working cross functionally to train and support other teams within Trust & Safety and Policy Enforcement, to collaborating with other team members to drive impactful improvements in the team's processes and tools.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a high level of familiarity with client policy verticals which includes compliance guidelinesReview escalated and user-reported content for compliance with client policy guidelinesMeet and/or exceed ambitious core work targetsIdentify global & local trends and monitor major violators in the online communityRespond to additional requests and projects as needed
