Project Manager with Agile Background
- Familiarity & experience with GIS Tech Highly Desired
- PM Expectation: Financial & Budgeting,
- Responsible to oversee at Program Level.
- The individual will be expected to support one team as a Scrum Master and facilitate the execution
- Escalate impediments and help manage risk.
- Engage with business stakeholders to configure agile processes to the organizations needs.
- Foster cross-value stream coordination and collaboration to help drive continual improvement
- Tracks dependencies and risks across the portfolio
- Provides leadership, direction and coaching to scrum teams and scrum masters
- Drives scrum team ceremonies (e.g. daily stand-up, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective)• Resolves impediments impacting team's ability to deliver business value • Tracks dependencies and risks for team delivery • Provides leadership, direction and coaching to scrum teams • Maintains metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on team-level maturity, plans, progress and quality • Assesses the costs and potential benefits of new approaches to team execution • Implements automation processes where possible • Ensures the agreed quality standards within an organization are adhered to and best practice is promulgated throughout the organization

- Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s in computer science or related field • Minimum 7+ experience as a Project manager with Agile background• Knowledge of Agile software development principles, values, concepts, methods, best practices, and techniques as needed to perform at the job level • Knowledge of workforce planning analytics theories, concepts, methods, best practices, and techniques as needed to perform at the job levels, progress and quality
