Provide regular updates to Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) narratives
Ensure the timely preparation of domestic and international payrolls and prepare and oversee payroll reporting to ensure accuracy.
Enforce established policies and procedures
Full cycle payroll experience in a large, complex union and non-union organization
Ability to properly manage and prioritize resources, people and projects
Implement process improvements
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Full cycle payroll experience in a large, complex union and non-union organization
Certified Payroll Professional certification a plus
8+ years of related payroll experience in a multi-state, multi-union environment
2+ years management experience
Strong technical knowledge of commonly-used payroll concepts, practices, and procedures
Strong knowledge of JD Edwards/Oracle, Excel and Word
