The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

3- 5+ years of experience in an AP or Accounting role
BA/BS in Accounting or another related field
Reconcile vendor statements for raw manufacturing materials
Experience with accounting cycle and reconciliation
Experience with intercompany accounting
Experience processing for multiple companies with multiple locations and currencies
Knowledge of Sage and/or other accounting software
Must be proficient in Google Suite and Excel
Ability to work independently and with a fast-paced and high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Attention to detail with exceptional organization skills
Hit the ground running skills needed

Additional Information:

Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 1 – 2 month contract
