- 5+ years in a similar role, preferably with experience in the manufacturing industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Familiarity with accounting cycle and month/year-end process
- Experience with an ERP system, preferably Sage Enterprise Management (X3)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Must understand warehouse inventory and what’s needed to produce weekly and also with the manufacturing org
- Responsible for preparing financial statements, managing budgets, reviewing entries and accounts and perform general accounting in a multi-company environment
- Post GL entries and assist in month-end/year-end process
- Reconcile sub-ledgers, amortize prepayments, fixed asset and depreciation
- Reconcile AR accounts and sale collections
- Manage AP accounts, vendor payments, post invoices and bank reconciliations
- Inter-company reconciliations
- Analysis of cost of goods sold and inventory
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Direct hire
- 2weeks/month will travel to Oregon-private jet
