As a part of the role the individual acts as the conduit between the business customer, and the delivery team. The responsibilities include defining business requirements, leading the process to visualize, document, and communicate and select functional product solutions. Responsibilities include managing day to day operations, consolidate system changes, attend change control board meetings and also coordinate release management with all the other team members.Responsibilities:

Review, analyze and evaluate business processes and user needs.

Manage change and risk for service requests.

Good planning and organizational skills. Prioritizes workload and meet strict deadlines.

End-to-end Incident resolution and request management.

Manage vendor support team to deliver the services per customer SLA’s.

Help establish meetings with the appropriate subject matter experts to review and understand specifics on requirements.

Help manage work allocation of various project teams within Enterprise Data Services

Regular project tracking and status reporting to management

Manage vendor activates, invoices and contracts

QUALIFICATIONS:Required:

Min 8 years experience in information technology space.

Experience in original content production process on and off set, content production accounting, and business affairs.

Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure work.

Highly skilled in Excel, Word, and other word processing software programs.

Display good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks.

Display good written and oral communication skills.

Attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
