Responsible for implementation and technical relationship management, automation and media support. Responsibilities- Establish and maintain integrations into Epsilon's publisher system
- Participate in the design, implementation and testing of Epsilon's publisher software products
- Create and update both internal and external integration documentation
- Design, build and maintain tools that automate or streamline internal processes
- Monitor business critical processes and troubleshoot or escalate appropriately when issues arise
- Be a go-to for technical questions from both internal and external teams
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university
- 1-2 years experience
- Experience with databases and SQL (Postgres is a plus).
- Knowledge and understanding of HTML, JavaScript, XML and JSON
- A natural problem solver
- Understanding of web development principles and basic web infrastructure (requests, headers, cookies, DNS, etc)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience communicating technical information to non-technical people.
- Ability to effectively communicate with third party technical and sales teams. An understanding of publisher / ad network dynamics a plus.
- Troubleshooting skills using data to find anomalies and test hypotheses.
- Programming experience and understanding of programming concepts
