Accounting Manager

DescriptionRobert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with construction company in the Conejo Valley who is in search of a highly-skilled and motivated Accounting Manager! The Accounting Manager position is paying up to $90,000 (depending on experience)!The duties of the Accounting Manager include:-Assists with the preparation and maintenance of analytical financial tools for decision making.-Assists in the timely and accurate preparation of detailed budgets.-Prepares monthly and annual financial statements, analyzes financial information and creates other reports for other managers.-Performs month and year-end close of the books.-Manages and maintains the fixed asset accounting system.-Prepares personal property tax asset schedules and pays the tax assessment bills.-Serves as a back up to the Payroll Administrator for payroll processing.-Analyzes and makes adjustments to the general ledger accounts; performs necessary journal entries.-Assist in accounts receivable, accounts payable and collections as necessary.-Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements for the Accounting Manager include:-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required-6+ years of accounting experience is required-2+ years of supervisory experience is required-2+ years of recent billable hours / professional services accounting is required-CPA is preferredIf interested in the Accounting Manager position, Please email your resume to gillian.miller@roberthalf.comRequirementsRequirements for the Accounting Manager include:-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required-6+ years of accounting experience is required-2+ years of supervisory experience is required-2+ years of recent billable hours / professional services accounting is required-CPA is preferredRobert Half Finance & Accounting, the world's leader in specialized financial staffing, provides exciting full-time opportunities in the areas of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, audit, taxation and more.
