Business commercial law experience
Experience with e-Filing: State Federal
5+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets highly desired
Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Detailed, accurate, and an ability to handle confidential information
