RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Architect- React Front End Development in Westlake Village, CA.
The role:As an experienced Software Architect you'll lead the design and development of software for the next generation of Mortgage products. In this role, you'll be developing highly complex applications, while acting as a tech lead and application architect, with the goal of creating intuitive user experiences and streamlining business operations. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled engineer with proven ability to prioritize well and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, all while making an impact contributing to a cross-functional team. Your ability to creatively collaborate and execute team goals will affect scalability and directly contribute to the company's success.Responsibilities: Work closely with a wide variety of functional areas, teams and stakeholders across the business to evaluate, estimate, guide, design and ultimately bring large high impact projects to a successful and timely completion Create prototypes and proof of concepts to demonstrate your proposals Lead a team of engineers and balance project priorities Continually learn, set, teach and apply software development best practices, design patterns, tools and technologies Develop scalable solutions using tools like React, Node.js, PostgresQL and AWS resourcesREQUIREMENTS: Architect level developer, a React expert who can assist other developers if they have questions and can- do backend development when needed. Continually practiced the following for past 10+ years: Designing and integrating multi-component systems, Web Service Development Software Architecture Strong emphasis on front end development RESTful API Design & Implementation using Node.js or Python API Versioning, API Security, Automated Testing Web Frontend Development: JavaScript, React, etc., Optimization & Performance Tuning Relational Database experience with strong query planning experience Asynchronous Programming: Multi-threaded, Queue, Event-based applications Distributed Application Development: MicroService Architecture, Caching, Distributed Source Control (Git) Agile DevelopmentKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
