You're a tech savvy Help Desk Technician that can roll up your sleeves and understand working in Windows environments. You walk a client’s walk, and you talk their talk. You understand their concerns better then they do and use them to intuitively identify the highly complex requirements of each project. Your steady hand on the pulse of the client's needs influences functional design, process design, testing, as well as training and supporting implementation teams. You seamlessly transition between the business world and the development team and are integral in creating the product that exceeds expectations.RequirementsMust haves:
Experience working in a windows environment
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Basic networking experience, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Experience with email systems – Office365, SMTP, IMAP and Exchange. (nice to have)
Professional demeanor with excellent written/verbal communication skills. High level of quality and attention to detail as there is constant interaction with all departments, including executive staff.
Experience with Microsoft Office (including Outlook) and other office environment applications.
Experience with PC imaging and remote control tools.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
