Summary:The main function of the Strategic Partner Development is to support and manage our Tier 2 and Tier 3 vertical partners and implement a new support program alongside a new product team with the goal of increasing partner and business value via Commerce on Facebook.This position is accountable for driving Partner success and engagement on our platform via this scaled management program, as well as growing their investments and attention to driving our mutual gains.

Job Responsibilities:Develop and manage relationships across Tier 2 and Tier 3 advertisers at scale, including executive alignment and day to day partner operationsConstruct a program to support partner needs at scale across regions, including onboarding, technical, and business guidanceIdentify and pursue opportunities to help market partner offerings and drive engagement on our platform via marketing, webinars, sponsorships, events, etc.Work alongside XFN teams to address the varied needs of partners on the platform, helping them navigate the complexitiesCoach partners on new opportunities and manage their adoption of these new capabilitiesDevelop a POV on the needs of partners and disseminate learnings across the business

Skills:3+ years of experience in partnerships, management consulting, and/or business developmentDemonstrated track record of solving, strategic business problems using data and insightsExperience working through ambiguity to develop a strategy, set goals, and executeDemonstrated experience executing in a fast paced environment with several cross functional teamsExperience working through shifting priorities and learning, while maintaining organization and controlExperience working with senior leaders and executives to drive and influence business decisionsAbility to sell persuasively and be comfortable in a selling role interfacing with the customer.Ability to build diverse collaborative relationships.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects; can work in a fast paced environment.Knowledge of Facebook ads platform is a plus Click below to apply or feel free to reach us at
