Your primary responsibilities include taking guest orders by phone and in-person; preparing cakes as directed; apply finishing work to cakes; mix creams, sauces, fillings and icings for cakes and desserts; support bakery in stocking our bakery case with abundant fresh, beautiful and high-quality products; preparing a variety of cakes and desserts consistently at a high rate of speed and assisting the Baker and Bakery Clerks as needed while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Ability to read and write in English
An eye for color, texture and design with an attention to detail
Experience in a retail environment producing a large number of cakes/desserts
Ability to work at a fast pace while staying focused on completing individual tasks
A POSITIVE ATTITUDE is essential!
