Estrada Consulting Inc is looking to hire Software Engineer / Informatica Power Centre Consultants with the following qualifications:Mandatory 1: Five (5) years of experience in ETL programming of Informatica PowerCenter 10.2, PowerExchange 10.2, or experience with the Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) tool.Mandatory 2: Five (5) years of experience working in SQL.Mandatory 3: Five (5) years of experience developing technical requirements.Mandatory 4: Five (5) years of experience building and executing test plans and scenarios for programmers.Mandatory 5: Three (3) years of experience in developing practices and procedures for data handling, cleansing, and standardization.Mandatory 6: Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field from an accredited college or university(additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis)

Desired Qualification:Desirable 1: One (1) year of experience working with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and HIPAA transactions and guidelines, mainframe systems, or experience in mainframe/JCL.Desirable 2: One (1) year of experience in data management enterprise systems solutions.Desirable 3: One (1) year of experience conductinganalysis or development of the Medicaid/Medi-Cal or Health Care systems. Desirable 4: One (1) year of experience with Business Process Improvement in a large organization.Desirable 5: One (1) year of experience with CMS Medicaid ]Information Technology Architecture (MITA) Framework.Desirable 6: One (1) year of experience in collaborating and communicating with cross-functional technical and nontechnical teams.Desirable 7: One (1) year of experience using Amazon Web Services (AWS) Glue
