The Lead Business Analyst should have at least 2 years of experience in Salesforce and 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. The tasks for the Lead Business Analyst position includes gathering business requirements, supporting the Salesforce platform, and leading the implementation process of the Salesforce platform. Also, there will be meetings with the stakeholders to review the progress of the projects and discuss new goals for the company in regards to the IT department.
