Product Designer Manager100% remote Duration: 5-month contract with potential to extendSeeking an innovative, motivated, and experienced Product Manager to join our Digital Customer Lifecycle team. This role will be responsible for managing commercial trial platform, optimized for direct eCommerce conversion.
- Deeply understand and help shape the commercial trial experience, optimizing for commercial conversions
- Help clarify business priorities for the cross-functional team, set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals
- Relentlessly drive for continual product improvements and deliver results that exceed quality expectations
- Integrate usability studies, customer feedback, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance customers satisfaction
- Work closely with user experience and engineering teams to refine, test and build experiences
- Define, monitor and analyze metrics for launched product functionalities and feed learnings back into product development process
- 2+ years Product Management or related experience (Business Analyst, Technical Sales, eCommerce, or Product Marketing Manager)
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in working with high performing team
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile/ Lean Startup methodologies
- Directly related experience managing SaaS commercial trials
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager platform
