- Lead transformation of existing legacy systems to modern containerized architecture with efficient CD/CI pipelines.
- Set-Up CD/CI pipelines with UMG DevOps for in new AWS area using container technologies, container orchestration tools, code repository tool set, etc. This should be well documented and scalable as teams move through modernization.
- Design and develop new services and APIs as per Jira roadmap to align with cross-domain strategic initiatives with UMG Products and Services team.
- Solid experience with service creation and best practices in the design and architecture or microservices; create documentation with team in support of new services.
- Run architecture sessions, lead code reviews, support creation of automated testing and ensure code delivered by team is well formed and documented.
- Understand integration using APIs and AWS tools to ensure cross domain requirements are met.
- Provide documentation with team for continued development, best practices post engagement.
- Must be able to work PST hours as current team is in this time zone.
