Frontend Developer / UX Designer - 100% RemoteUniversal Music Group (UMG) is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer/Designer to design and build eCommerce and Consumer Marketing online stores and sites and high profile internal facing applications. The developer/designer will be responsible for creation of designs for our record labels, artists, and business partners and for developing React/Gatbsy frontend components for our global initiatives, applications, and platforms, standardizing and templatizing where possible. This position requires both design and development knowledge and experience in multiple areas and facets of the eCommerce and Consumer Marketing space in order to solution, design, and build for vastly different client problems/goals while using a single set of underlying core technologies. Responsibilities• Oversee and manage design projects.• Design, develop, maintain and update site content, graphics and appearance.• Manage multiple stakeholders and performance goals while problem-solving and troubleshooting.• Manage expectations of clients and partner with record labels and business stakeholders towards same end goals.• Build and deploy new and cutting-edge React-based features for our online sites and stores and internal applications.• Integrate with various eCommerce and consumer marketing platforms (CRM, AdTech, MarTech, Customer Service Tech) and internal systems to surface data on our online and internal properties.• Write technical user stories and convert user stories into deliverables. • Provide estimates to the required level of accuracy for stories and tasks.• Test deliverables against a user story's acceptance tests.• Create technical documentation.
