PROJECT MANAGER / Product Manager - Reservation Systems Los Angeles, CA ( in Woodland Hills, CA ) FTE/Direct Hire Primary Responsibilities
- Project Manager/Product Manager with preferably 2+ years' experience in the Travel, Airline and Cruise industries.
- Deliver product initiatives that have a meaningful impact on our business.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product managers, engineers, QA, and other company Technology product development teams in setting Reservations Technologies product backlog priorities.
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders related to product to determine new initiatives, ensure product benefits, key success metrics, and essential functionality are captured, usher through development and launch under the direction of the Sr. Manager.
- Author effective requirements inclusive of acceptance criteria. Conduct user interviews, work flow analysis, and process analysis as necessary to refine requirements.
- Clarify customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Project manage internal and external development resources to ensure products are built to the specifications.
- Take ownership of products and work to resolve any issues that arise in a timely fashion, including off-hours escalation procedures. Participate periodically in on-call coverage to support addressing critical production issues.
- Track key performance indicators to ensure initiatives are meeting business objectives.
