- Performs digital page layout and image manipulation functions, using the Ecrion Studio desktop software application and XMPie
- Performs electronic file operations including preflighting, downloading and archiving.
- Work from documented requirements to configure Ecrion files including print-on-demand products and direct mail campaigns
- Establish integrated workflow with internal front-end job processing solutions, back end job generation
- Set up reusable libraries
- Maintain and support previously built workflows
- Program all logic relating to layout and presentation of dynamic data documents
- Implement all variables within the design layout
- Connect data and asset inputs to Ecrion and XMPie workflows
- Set up complex, dynamic text flow layouts to accommodate a wide range of variability
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure a quality product that meets expectations
- Structure configurations logically for re-use and ability for others to understand
- Effectively transfer knowledge of file setups to other team resources
- Implement ADA Accessibility features and QA Testing for WCAG Compliance
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Expert knowledge of XML, XSLT Transformations
- Strong sense of quality assurance principles, understanding of potential process failure points and the ability to mitigate quality risks
- Strong understanding of version control and data integrity principles
- Strong oral and written communication skills - with both technical and non-technical people (including clients)
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism
- Ability to work on multiple projects, balancing work between each effectively to meet project deadlines
- Ability to interact with internal/external clients/customers in a professional manner
- 3 - 5 years of experience working with Ecrion Inspire Designer current versions
- 3 - 5 years of experience working with variable data and imaging technologies
- 3 - 5 years of C# development
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign (preferred)
- Knowledge of Web development usng ASP.Net, MVC, C#, .Net Classic, .Net Core, JSON (preferred)
