Overview: Accounting, Budgeting, Payroll, Billing and Record Keeping
Required skills and responsibilities:
Computerized accounting for monthly financials and account balances
Budget development, projections and monitoring
Bank reconciliation
Payroll proofing, Accounts Payable review
Claims and contract billing
Record keeping: Maintain filing system including back-ups
Minimum requirements: Salary for Level I/II $22.68 and up depending on experience
Associate or Bachelors Degree in Accounting and 4+ years of experience
Bilingual: English/Spanish, English/Punjabi, English/Hmong or other language ability depending on programs needs preferred
Physical exam, current TB test, verified fingerprint and criminal records clearance
Valid DL, vehicle insurance or insurable DMV record
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
