Are you a food lover and cook extraordinaire who's looking for the perfect way to spend your summer? Find it on the shores of beautiful Lake Francis at Camp Rockin' U! Camp Rockin' U is a traditional co-ed summer camp in the Sierra Foothills that hosts week-long camping sessions packed with excitement, adventure, and amazing outdoor adventures, and we're looking for a Camp Cook to join our team!
Your most important job as Camp Cook will be to create delicious, healthy meals for our campers. Your responsibilities will include designing weekly meal plans and creating meals from scratch. We're working to incorporate more whole, healthy foods into our campers' diets to increase the nutritional value of their meals, so experience in this area is a definite bonus.
Applicants must have a current food handler's permit, and enjoy working with kids and being in the outdoors. You must also pass a reference and criminal background check. To be considered for our Camp Cook position, you must be enthusiastic, charismatic, and dedicated to making sure our campers have great food and a great experience at Camp Rockin' U. You must be responsible and hardworking. You'll have an unforgettable summer as you enjoy the outdoors with our campers.
