There are2 LPN/LVNneeds inClearlake, CAfor a 10-week assignment. We have a Skilled Nursing Facility in need of a few contract LPNs to come on board as soon as possible. There are opportunities for extensions or permanent placements for high-performing clinicians.
Contract Details:
Job: Licensed Practical Nurse/LVN
Start: Monday, December 14th or ASAP
Schedule:TWO SHIFT NEEDS!
PM(2:30-11PM)
NOC Shift (10:30 PM-7:15 AM)
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Contract length: 10 weeks (with possible extension)
Base pay: $38/hr
REQUIRED PAPERWORK:
All applicants must be able to provide or obtain the following during the application process:
Active LVN/LPN License
Unexpired Driver’s License/State I.D.
CPR/BLS certification
Physical Exam (completed within the last year)
TB Test (completed in the last year)
There will also be a background check and some training requirements.
