Oroville Hospital Post Acute Center is looking to hire a NOC shift House Supervisor. This position is a 10 hours 4 day week variable schedule, from 8pm-6am. The House Supervisor reports directly to the Director of Nurses, (DON), the Nurse Practitioners, (NP) and the Executive Director, (ED). We have amazing benefits for our Med/Dent/Vis/RX and sports club. This position requires the following experience:
1. Manages, supervises, coordinates, and participates in resident care programs, including the day-to-day oversight of care delivery in conjunction with other interdisciplinary Team (IDT) members.
2. Supervises and coordinates unit nursing staff assignments; and evaluates the need for modifications when appropriate.
3. Assist to develop, interpret, implement, and validate that OHPAC policies and procedures standards of practice, and regulatory guideline are adhered to by unit staff.
4. Communicate nightly reports to DON, NP and ED.
5. Participates in coaching and conducting performance appraisals with unit staff and report to DON.
6. Following up with cubex report and stocking.
7. Works a med cart with patient assignments.
8. Identifies, addresses, trouble shoot and problem solving
9. Mar cart audit
10. 24 hour chart check
