Valley West Post Acute and Brentwood Post acute are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist and a a full-time Occupational Therapist to work at these two locations. (Williams and Red Bluff)
The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for evaluation, treatment planning and delivery of skilled OT services to clients of this facility. OT is responsible for the timely initiation of services. OT is responsible for screening, evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family/caregiver education. OT will document all services provided to ensure accurate and timely billing of therapy services. The OT assures that patient care follows the organizations guidelines; meets professional standards, community needs and is in compliance with Federal and State guidelines.
OT Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from accredited program
Licensure as required by State guidelines. Registered through NBCOT.
CPR Certification.

The Physical Therapist position:
The PT serves as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for current and prospective patients and to internal and external customers. Ensures cross-disciplinary coordination in order to provide consistent patient care. Participates in quality assurance and customer service activities.
PT Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
CPR Certification
Licensure or Certification, as required by state guidelines
