An established Orthodontic office is looking for a Treatment Coordinator who has 1 year of experience or more, and is available to start immediately in our Yuba City office. We are seeking a candidate that is fluent in Spanish and is willing to work full-time schedule, between Monday - Friday, and possibly some Saturday's as well. The hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
This job is located in our Yuba City location but may be required to travel to Chico and Vacaville.
Some of the expected job duties include:
Greet patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner
Answer sales related phone calls and questions, emails and responding to online inquiries
Ability to present and sell treatment plans and make financial arrangements
Creating payment plans for Orthodontic treatments
Review and sign financial contracts
Scheduling treatment/follow up appointments
Selling additional programs and add-ons
Checking insurance eligibility and benefits
Manage Accounts Receivables
Building referral relationships
Maintain confidentiality with patients
Great customer service and phone skills
Ortho experience is a HUGE plus!
