THE JOB:
-Full-time position, Monday thru Friday w/ Saturdays, Swing and Graveyard Shifts, 10-11 hours a day until the project is completed.
- $15/ hour
- Overtime is required

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Laborer position is responsible for assisting with design and manufacturing of construction materials. Laborers work full time and do physically demanding work. All work is outdoors in all weather conditions. Stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to frequently move supplies up to 45 pounds and occasionally lift weight consisting of 75 pounds.
Working in extreme hot weather during summer. Long hours during peak season.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 12 months experience preferred but not required, will train the right candidates
- The ability to constantly and physically pivot, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods, walk, pull, push, squat, reach and more.
- Attention to detail
- Able to lift 50-75lbs regularly
