Crossroads is seeking an experienced, confident and professional Landscape Crew Lead to service our Beale Air Force Base contract. The ideal candidate enjoys being outdoors, has the talent to successfully lead a diverse team, and able to coach and train employees. This position works Monday – Friday, and rate of pay is $19.36 per hour.

What You Will Need to Join Our Team:
Valid CA driver's license
Successfully pass a drug screen
Successfully pass background check
Prior Landscape experience is a must
Prior leadership experience is helpful
Pesticide applicator license is helpful
