Busy Manufacturer in Woodland is looking to fill 20 positions.
GENERAL PURPOSE: The Packer is responsible for operating and maintaining
equipment in a factory or warehouse and preparing items for distribution. The Packer is also
responsible for assisting the shipping of items, making sure equipment runs smoothly and
assembly. The Packer cleans and operates equipment, works on assembly line, puts together and inspects products and adheres to all factory safety guidelines and standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily.
Able to work for prolonged periods of time in a non-climate controlled manufacturing
environment.
Monitor equipment to ensure product is being assembled properly.
Report issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor.
Follow all GMP and safety procedures.
Able to wear required Personal Protective equipment when entering manufacturing.
Able to lift 10lbs.
Ensure production deadlines are met.
Pack up complete products and prepare for shipment.
Work in fast paced environment.
Understand and use Quality Control Process.
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required

Possess High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Pass basic math and color test.
Able to follow directions.
Must be able to maintain good attendance.
Be willing to work overtime if needed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position requires working in a manufacturing setting. Work often requires extended work
hours, including weekend work. Working conditions may not be environmentally controlled
resulting in hot or cold temperatures depending on weather conditions. While working in the
manufacturing area, the employee may work in areas where there is moving warehouse
equipment and must exercise care and avoid injury in these environments.
